The Laser SPM Machine for Dusty Environment (LPDC) is a robust inspection solution designed specially for the low pressure die casting process. Non-Contact Laser Inspection for LPDC PartsThis laser inspection machine for LPDC parts uses a non-contact laser measurement system. It checks surface profile, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy without touching the component. This is especially useful for hot or freshly cast parts where contact-based inspection may fail.
The machine is suitable for inspecting four-wheeler cylinder heads and cylinder blocks produced through LPDC. It supports accurate surface profile measurement and helps identify casting defects early in the process.
