The Mimaki CG‑AR Series features best‑in‑class cut pressure up to 550 g, enabling clean cuts through thick vinyl, reflective films, rubber sheets, and even cardboard (with optional sheet‑table and creasing tool)

It offers up to 105% faster cutting speed than previous entry‑class plotters, helping you finish jobs quicker and boost production capacity.
All models support normal / half‑cut / full‑cut modes, allowing precise control over media and application.

How It Works

1. Design or prepare cutting files with FineCut / Coat9 (Illustrator or CorelDRAW plug‑in) or use standard Windows plotter driver to cut directly from Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
   
   

2. Load vinyl, HTV, reflective film, cardstock or cardboard onto the cutter.
   
   

3. ID Cut function reads printed ID marks from compatible Mimaki printers (JV330, JV300Plus, JV/UJV100), enabling automated contour cutting without manual registration.
   
   

4. Continuous crop‑mark detection, four‑point segment correction, and division‑cut function improve cut accuracy even on long or tiled graphics.
   
   

5. Remotely monitor and operate the panel using Mimaki Remote Access (MRA) via smartphone or PC over your network.
